1. Introduction
AI Cash Manager is developed and operated by SolRivet. This policy explains how information is collected, used, stored and deleted when users use AI Cash Manager.
2. Information collected
- Display name
- Email address
- Authenticated user identifier
- Profile preferences, region, currency, locale and timezone
- Income and expense records
- Merchant names, notes, amounts, categories, dates and payment-method descriptions
- Budgets and recurring-expense rules
- Extracted receipt text, receipt totals, merchants, product names and categories
- AI questions, generated answers and financial insights
- AI and data-processing consent preferences
- Technical and security information generated by hosting and authentication providers
Receipt image files remain in private storage on the user’s device and are not uploaded for cloud backup in the current version.
3. How information is used
- Create and secure user accounts
- Synchronize financial records across sessions
- Provide transaction, budget and reporting features
- Process receipts
- Generate user-requested AI insights
- Maintain preferences and consent choices
- Diagnose security, reliability and service problems
- Respond to support and deletion requests
4. AI processing
- Receipt text and relevant structured financial context may be sent to SolRivet’s secure backend when the user uses AI-powered features
- The backend may use OpenAI to generate requested receipt analysis or financial insights
- OpenAI API credentials are not stored in the mobile app
- Users can disable applicable AI-processing options inside the app
OpenAI’s data retention and handling of processed content is governed by OpenAI’s own service agreements, which SolRivet does not control.
5. Local storage and offline use
Local application storage contains cached financial data, preferences and receipt images. Local data may remain on the device until the user deletes it, clears application storage or uninstalls the app.
6. Service providers
- Supabase for authentication, database storage, synchronization and backend functions
- OpenAI for requested AI analysis
- Google ML Kit for on-device receipt text recognition
- Hosting, email or security providers used by SolRivet
These providers process information only as necessary to deliver their services, subject to their applicable agreements and policies.
7. Data sharing
SolRivet does not sell personal or financial information. Information may be disclosed to service providers, where required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect users and the service.
8. Data retention
Account data is retained while the account remains active. When an account is deleted, associated cloud account data is deleted, except information that must temporarily remain in backups, security records or legal records. Locally stored files remain under the user’s control on their device.
9. Security
Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/encryption, access requires authentication, and databases are subject to access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and no system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Account deletion
Two ways to permanently delete your AI Cash Manager account:

11. Children
AI Cash Manager is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
12. International processing
Service providers may process data in countries outside the user’s country, subject to applicable safeguards.
13. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will be revised whenever changes are made.
