Method 1 — In the app
- Sign in to AI Cash Manager.
- Open More.
- Open Account & security.
- Select Delete account permanently.
- Confirm deletion.
Method 2 — Web request
Submit an account-deletion request below. Requests are sent to contactus@solrivet.com with the subject “AI Cash Manager account deletion request”. This form never asks for your password, transaction details, bank details, receipt images or authentication codes.
Prefer email? Send your request directly — remember it must come from the email address registered with your account.

- Authentication account and profile
- Transactions and receipt-derived financial records
- Budgets
- Recurring-expense rules
- AI questions, answers and generated insights
- Consent records and synchronized preferences
What is not stored in the cloud
- Receipt image files remain on the user’s device
- Users can remove local files by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app
Verification and timing
- SolRivet may verify the request through the registered email address.
- Verified requests are normally processed within 7 business days and no later than 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
